We are professional public officers able to give you peace of mind that your notarizations are done fast, yet accurately.

Rates & Fees:
Florida law mandates that each notarized signature have a maximum fee of $10. Florida law allows notaries to charge a travel fee. I reserve the right to offer a discount for multiple notarized signatures.
I accept cash, and all major credit/debit cards through VENMO.
Standard Notary Fee ( Per notarized signature ) – $10
Hospitals/Skilled Nursing & Assisted living Facilities – $75 (plus the Notary fees, and $1 per minute for wait time)
Trust Documents – please discuss with me for an estimated quote (all trusts are different)
Wait time for each 15 Minutes – $15, ( In addition to Notary and other fees)
Urgent Service or Federal Holidays – Please ask for Quote
Travel & Convenience Fees
In general, travel fees range from $50. to $90. I will quote a travel fee when you make your appointment.

Real Estate
HELOCS, Loan Modification, Seller’s & Cash Purchases – Start at $100
Buyer’s packages and Refinances – Start at $150
Scanbacks, additional signing locations, and office drop-offs are subject to additional fees at notary’s discretion.
Estate Planning Packages/Trust Document Services
Trust Document Packages vary due to the unique needs of the Trustee(s). More complex Estate planning packages will include everything from a Power of Attorney, Healthcare Directive, and Grant Deeds for several properties. Please call for fee quote or more information.
